Methods of Payment

To transfer directly money to your whisky portfolio you can use one of the following options when you are logged in to your whisky portfolio (“My money”):

  1. Ideal (only for the Netherlands) - no additional costs.
  2. Paypal - additional costs amounting to 3,5% of the sum you wish to transfer.
  3. Bank transfer - no additional costs - IBAN : NL84 ABNA 0415 5074 72  BIC : ABNANL2A with in reference your registration number (Note: please use this bank account only for purchases of bottles on the World Whisky Index, NOT for purchases of barrels or collections) Note: Please ONLY use the mentioned Dutch bank account, NOT our former bank account at the Deutsche Bank
  4. Bankcontact Mister Cash (only for Belgium)  - no additional costs

To transfer an amount log in to your account and go to "My money". When you fill in the desired amount at the top right of the page, you can click on "Next". Once you have clicked, you can select the payment option of your choice. 

Money checkout

It is easy to withdraw your money from your whisky portfolio, please follow the following steps:

Go to "My account", "My Money". Then click 'Money Checkout'.  In the next screen you can fill in the amount you want to withdraw. Note: you only can perform a money checkout when your bank details are entered in your portfolio.

We try to process your payment order within 3-5 work days.  

Costs: 

  1. For each standard transfer order € 5,00 administration fee will be charged.
  2. If you want to have your payment order to be processed the same day, this is considered an urgent transaction. Transfer costs are in this case € 17,50.
  3. For international money transfers we charge € 12,50.
  4. Bankcontact Mister Cash (only for Belgium) – no additional costs
